Suspect arrested after mooning state trooper

ESTACADA, Ore. -- Violating a probation alcohol ban was the charge Oregon State Police filed against a drunk man who mooned a patrol car early Sunday, troopers said. The trooper was driving along Highway 224 about fifteen miles east of Estacada when he spotted a man with his pants around his ankles "mooning" the car.
