Resolved Question: Where is the best place to live in United State?

Hi I would like to know where is the best place to live in United State. I have been lived in Oregon for 4month( Hillsboro in Portland) and San Diego for 4month( Little Italy Down Town San Diego) Good thing about living in Oregon was no tax and people were very kind and friendly But cold and wet weather was not for me): I had very bad headache all the time from 4days a week rainy day San Diego was totally nice for me The weather was almost perfect for me because I raise in tropical island in Japan( Okinawa which located in south of japan) But I could do nothing without car and tax was bit expensive than Oregon I would like to live in America for short term again Please give me some advice!...
